Refund & Return Policy
This policy explains how Aevum Labs reviews cancellations, shipping issues, replacements, credits, and the limited situations in which a refund may be approved for research-use products.

Orders should be reviewed carefully before checkout because most research inventory is treated as final sale once submitted.
Because research products require controlled handling and packaging integrity, returns are only reviewed in limited circumstances. This policy explains when cancellation, replacement, store credit, or refund review may be available.
Research-use products are generally considered final sale after the order is placed.
Except where required by law, Aevum Labs does not accept returns based on ordering mistakes, change of mind, shipment refusal, or no longer needing an item. This reflects product-control standards and the handling requirements associated with research inventory.
Cancellation requests can only be considered before an order enters active processing or packing.
If you need to cancel an order, contact us immediately. Once an order has moved into processing, label creation, packing, or shipment preparation, it may no longer qualify for cancellation. Approved cancellations may be returned to the original payment method, subject to any nonrecoverable processing fees where permitted.
If a shipment arrives damaged, incomplete, or incorrect, report it promptly so we can review the issue.
If your order arrives damaged, incomplete, or contains the wrong item, contact Aevum Labs within 7 calendar days of confirmed delivery. Include the order number, clear package photos, the shipping label, and a short description of the issue. Verified fulfillment problems may be resolved through replacement, reshipment, store credit, or refund at our discretion.
Certain situations generally do not qualify for return, credit, or refund review.
- Opened, altered, tampered-with, or otherwise used products
- Items returned without original packaging, labels, or order verification
- Products affected by improper handling, storage, or unauthorized use after delivery
- Orders delayed or returned because of an incorrect shipping address entered at checkout
- Promotional, discounted, clearance, custom, or specially marked final-sale items
Approved refunds are typically sent back to the original payment method used at checkout.
Refund timing depends on the payment processor and banking institution involved. Original shipping charges are generally non-refundable unless the issue resulted from a verified fulfillment error or a refund is otherwise required by law.
